To carry out this vision, we hire committed, flexible employees to work in different departments within our warehouse based on business/customer requirements and volume. Specifically, you will work in any of the Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, Receiving and Value Added Service departments, with work assignments rotating regularly. This variety keeps your job interesting and allows you to gain new skills while working with many different team members.

General Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates with a track record of excelling in service delivery to customers and fellow associates.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack product orders on behalf of our clients, in accordance with established service levels
  • Diligently handle customer returns to ensure product is maintained in saleable condition and inputting return information into computer system to generate accurate customer credits information
  • Additional tasks include re-stocking product for resale, performing physical inventory counts, shrink wrapping projects, price stickering of product, building and filling product displays and refurbishment of product for resale

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Desired:

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not essential
  • Must be computer literate
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work involving some lifting of product up to 40lbs.
  • Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to follow processes, procedures and direction to meet productivity goals
  • Natural tendency to strive for accuracy, quality and safety
  • Help maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Warehouse experience operating equipment is an asset

Working Conditions:

  • Safe, clean environment with exposure to warehouse physical elements such as machinery noise, dust and temperature variances
  • Stable weekday hours with some required overtime during periods of high volumes
