As a leading third-party logistics partner for over 50 years, we specialize in providing the publishing industry with customized distribution solutions. At our 80,000 square foot facility located in Georgetown Ontario, just outside of Toronto, we provide a wide variety of services including freight forwarding, returns processing and fulfillment as well as project management of specialty services.

Our success comes from being responsive and flexible to publishers’ needs and our commitment to continually invest in people, technology, equipment and facilities. Owning and operating a facility specifically designed to efficiently handle all aspects of book distribution and having the resources to service the long term business needs of our clients are key contributors to our success.

GTW began when John Elliott founded a custom brokerage business in 1958 operating as Elliott Custom Brokers & Storage. Shortly thereafter, distribution services were added. The Elliott family built that business from a small community custom broker into an international custom broker and a leading Canadian distribution partner for domestic and international publishers. Together, the two companies operate as divisions of The Georgetown Group Limited with John Elliott’s daughter, Brenda Sisnett leading the continued growth and expansion of services.
