Green Initiatives

GTW is committed to being more than just aware of our impact on the environment.  We will be part of the solution towards a greener, more sustainable lifestyle, every day.  We promote, encourage and monitor all of our “green initiatives” and continually strive for ways to promote an earth-friendly environment. 

GTW incorporates ‘green’ initiatives in its daily operations:

• Only cartons and packing materials made from recycled product are used
• All shrink film, corrugate and paper collected is recycled
• Partnering with a recycling facility to collect and dispose of all plastic bottles and aluminum cans used by our employees.  Blue boxes are located throughout the facility to promote recycling. 
• Only environmentally friendly cleaning products are used in the facility
• Adopting a “waste free lunch policy” that encourages employees to use recyclable containers thereby reducing waste.
• All paper towel dispensers have hands-free one-at-a-time service, reducing waste.  We use only 100% recycled paper that is Green Seal Certified and EcoLogo Certified
