Our affiliated company, Elliott Custom Brokers & Storage Limited, has provided services as a Licensed Customs Broker with Canada wide clearance since 1958.
Bonded Warehouse
Our on-site bond permits fast clearance and examination by Canada Customs.
Order Receipt and Processing
We can pick up orders at your sales office, accept orders by phone on a line answered in your name, or receive orders by fax, email or EDI. Data can be entered into your system on line via any electronic medium. Invoices can print at your facility or ours. Data entry using our software can also produce invoices.
Order Fulfillment
We provide fast and accurate picking, packing, invoicing and shipping services.
Special Services
We provide a variety of special value added services including prepacks, displays, stickering, catalogue mailings, shrink-wrapping, and handling sales and convention materials.
Client Services & Tracing
Electronic confirmation of shipping details is provided. We will expedite your rush orders and provide you with immediate answers on order status and delivery. Customer contact can be handled through your office or ours.

A/R and Collections
We can receive cheques, deposit funds into your account and collect outstanding invoices
Returns
We accept returns from your customers, identifying the quantity and quality of each product. We can sort product into groups and provide a detailed list for potential remainder sales.
Reports and Information
You may select from over 30 pre-formatted reports or we can create new statistical analyses as required. Reports may be delivered in a variety of formats, including HTML, MS Access, MS Excel, Lotus Notes, and a number of standard text based data interchange formats. Your reports can be automatically scheduled to run and be emailed to the addresses you specify.
Inventory Control
We can provide you and your sales representatives with inventory reports. We maintain a reorder quantity field to simplify the request for inventory transfers.
Traffic Specialists
We ship via courier, Canada Post or various LTL carriers, depending on the weight and destination. We are our clients' representatives with freight companies, negotiating discounts with carriers and auditing invoices.
Storage
80,000 square feet of modern warehousing space including
10,000 picking positions on gravity flow racks, plus
9,000 skid positions for bulk storage.
